Principal's Message 8.09.24

Dear Endeavor Families,
 
We are so excited to see our teachers and staff back on Monday for professional development! We can't wait to see our Rockets next week, as well! Don’t forget, Open House is Tuesday, August 13th. To help spread out the crowds a bit, we will host families with last names A-L from 6:30-7:15pm, and families with last names M-Z from 7:15 to 8:00pm. If your family has more than one last name, please pick the one that works best for you.

We will be finalizing all the details early next week so we can be ready for the first day of school starting on Thursday. Remember that we have a staggered start again this year. Students with last names A-L will have their first day on Thursday, August 15th and students with last names M-Z will have their first day on Friday, August 16th. All students will report to school starting Monday, August 19th. 
 
Our Arrival and Dismissal procedures continue to be the same for the 2024-2025 school year. The most important thing to note is that BUSES will be dropping off and picking up in the front of the school.  ALL CARS and daycare vans will be in the back (near the playground). Daycare vans will start in row 1 and cars will line up in row 2. There will be no room in the front of the building along the sidewalk for cars at arrival or dismissal time.
 
This year, ALL students will receive a NEW car tag for picking up your students. Each student will receive their tag in their folder at Open House. Each family should look for car numbers in your oldest student's folder. If your student has a car tag from last year, please destroy that tag as it will no longer work to pick up your child.
