Principal's Message 10.4.24

Dear Endeavor Families,

October is well underway, and with it comes a lot of fun Fall activities. We continue next week with the Stuff the Bus Food Drive. Lakota’s annual district-wide food drive for Reach Out Lakota will run through Oct. 11. In true “WE are Lakota” fashion, the district is challenging families, staff and community members to “stuff the bus” with canned goods and other non-perishable items most needed by the primary relief organization for families in West Chester and Liberty townships. The Rockets always love to help our community!

Next Thursday, October 10th, is our second conference night. If you have not already done so, please reach out to your child's teacher to schedule a conference time. As we near the end of 1st quarter, it is a great time to check in to talk about how your student is progressing this year. We are holding conferences in person or on Zoom this year, depending on your preference.

Keep an eye on the Rocket Review and PTO newsletters for all of the other great things we have coming up. We are looking forward to Trunk or Treat, Book Fair, KISS (Kids Invite Someone Special), and a Veteran's Day Assembly all within the next few weeks!
