Our Team
LeAnna Webber
LeAnna Webber has been in the Rocket family since 2020 and has worked in Lakota as an administrator since 2016. Prior to being a principal, she served as the assistant principal at Hopewell Junior School and in two elementary schools in West Clermont Local Schools. She served as a School Psychologist for many years.
She enjoys spending quality time with students, visiting classrooms and bringing our facility dog, Braxton, to visit with our Rockets.
Carrie Ware
Mrs. Ware began her role as Assistant Principal in August 2024. She has been a special education teacher for our Rockets since 2015. Prior to joining the Lakota family, she spent 12 years in Winton Woods City Schools as a special educator. Mrs. Ware enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters, catching FC Cincinnati or Reds games, and singing at her church. She is excited to get to know all our Rockets!
Nick Gattermeyer
Officer Nick Gattermeyer with the West Chester Police Department has been a police officer since 2008, and assigned to Endeavor Elementary since 2019. He is a team leader on the sniper unit with the West Chester Police SWAT team. During the summer, he works the road, as he did before coming to Endeavor.
Student safety is the main focus of his job, but he also enjoys relationship building with students, being a positive influence for them, and helping them understand that police officers aren’t just there for the “bad things.” He wants students to feel comfortable talking to officers in uniform.
Brianne Kopecky
Brianne Kopecky brings a perfect blend of experience as both an educator and a nurse, equipping her with a strong understanding of both developmental and health needs for our Endeavor students. A Xavier University graduate with training at several Cincinnati area hospitals, she has been with Lakota Schools since the 2022-2023 school year. Her objective is to bring quality and compassionate care to all she serves.
