LeAnna Webber has been in the Rocket family since 2020 and has worked in Lakota as an administrator since 2016. Prior to being a principal, she served as the assistant principal at Hopewell Junior School and in two elementary schools in West Clermont Local Schools. She served as a School Psychologist for many years.
She enjoys spending quality time with students, visiting classrooms and bringing our facility dog, Braxton, to visit with our Rockets.
Benjamin Schneider is excited to be a part of the Rocket family! This is his second year as the assistant principal for Endeavor. Prior to being the assistant principal, he served as the K-4 music specialist at Maple Dale Elementary in the Sycamore school district for 7 years, including being the summer school administrator for K-4 elementary schools at Sycamore.
Benjamin loves being a Rocket and creating a great environment for our staff, students, and community. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the trampoline park with his son Michael.
Braxton is a facility dog who works with Endeavor Elementary full time. He is a Labrador Retriever. He has extensive training and has passed his AKC Canine Good Citizen test. He loves hanging out with students, chasing balls, and bringing people shoes. Braxton can't wait to meet you!
The Office Secretary is also the Secretary to the Assistant Principal. Various duties include attendance, enrollment/withdrawals, transportation, report cards/honor roll, OneLogin/HAC, welcoming guests and assisting parents in the front office. Emily moved to Cincinnati from Tennessee 8 years ago and brings more than 20 years of administrative experience with students and families to Endeavor.
Officer Nick Gattermeyer with the West Chester Police Department has been a police officer since 2008, and assigned to Endeavor Elementary since 2019. He is a team leader on the sniper unit with the West Chester Police SWAT team. During the summer, he works the road, as he did before coming to Endeavor.
Student safety is the main focus of his job, but he also enjoys relationship building with students, being a positive influence for them, and helping them understand that police officers aren’t just there for the “bad things.” He wants students to feel comfortable talking to officers in uniform.
Brianne Kopecky brings a perfect blend of experience as both an educator and a nurse, equipping her with a strong understanding of both developmental and health needs for our Endeavor students. A Xavier University graduate with training at several Cincinnati area hospitals, she joins Lakota Schools for our 2022-2023 school year. Her objective is to bring quality and compassionate care to all she serves.
The Office Manager is also the Secretary to the Principal. If you are unsure of who to contact on a certain matter, the office manager can point you in the right direction. The Office Manager duties include substitute teachers, purchasing, coordinating with the PTO, facility usage, and the general flow of the school office. Kim has been working in the Lakota School District for 22 years and was a part of the team that opened Endeavor in 2007.
Lori Vanover provides teachers with professional development and coaching related to Lakota’s initiatives on innovation and personalized learning. Lori also supports curriculum and instructional design and delivery, and the evolution of spaces such as the Innovation Hub to transform the learning experience for students.
Lori collaborates regularly with other Lakota Innovation Specialists and with curriculum and technology departments to impact the K-12 learning experience for students.
Mrs. Wiseman has been part of the Rocket Family since 2007! Prior to that, she served as the school counselor at Independence Elementary and Liberty Junior School in Lakota. Her previous experience includes elementary teaching in the Kettering City School District and serving as a middle school counselor there as well.
Mrs. Wiseman enjoys contributing to a positive school climate and building relationships with students, staff, and families. She provides support and opportunities that help students experience success academically, socially, and emotionally!
