Welcome to Endeavor Elementary

Joanna SearsThe staff at Endeavor welcomes you to the 2016-2017 school year.  We strive to provide an educational setting that sets each student up for success through challenging instructional programs, positive behavior supports, and a sense of community.

Endeavor is one of ten elementary schools in Lakota and serves approximately 800 students in grades 2 through 6.  We are rich with diversity and celebrate the positive impact this has on our students, both academically and socially.  We are committed to student growth and achievement, and again this year we were awarded the SOAR Award for High Progress.  (Endeavor was also recognized in 2012.)  This award recognizes the top Ohio schools for student growth.

We value and embrace parent involvement and understand the positive impact it has on a student’s education.  More information about volunteering opportunities can be found through your child’s teacher and our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).  Please visit their website or Facebook page!

We look forward to partnering with you to make this an exciting and successful year.  Please don’t hesitate to contact me with questions or concerns at (513) 759-8300 or joanna.sears@lakotaonline.com.

Go Rockets!
